PISE Summer Camps focus on fun ways to develop the fundamental movement skills and patterns that enable children of all ages and ability levels to be active for life! Whether that is learning how to throw properly or learning the correct technique of a squat, these movements are essential to being active, healthy and injury free. Learning a broad range of movement skills develops the confidence and competence to take on any challenges that children and youth may encounter both within sports or in general day to day life.
