Pathways Therapy is a multidisciplinary practice dedicated to supporting families with high-quality, individualized therapy. Our team specializes in speech and occupational therapy, case management, and family advocacy. Your Role
As a new grad SLP on our team, you’ll:
Access our New Grad Mentorship Program, robust admin and resource support—so you can focus on your clients
Deliver individualized and consultative therapy and assessment services
Collaborate with our talented team of SLPs and multidisciplinary professionals
Enjoy ongoing opportunities for professional growth and mentorship
What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive assessments and craft individualized treatment plans
Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy to help clients unlock their communication potential
Track client progress and adjust plans to keep things moving forward
Work alongside a diverse team to ensure holistic, client-centred care
Stay current with the latest research and best practices
Build strong, positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues

What We’re Looking For
You’re a self-motivated, effective communicator who is passionate about helping others. We’re looking for someone who has:
A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
(Or eligibility for) registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC
