Transitions and Beyond is for families who are further along in their autism journey and beginning to navigate more complex support needs. Whether you’re exploring school experiences, fostering social connections, preparing for adulthood, managing co-occurring needs, or building long-term plans, this group offers a supportive space for connection, shared strategies, and deeper understanding through lived experience.
Date: 2nd Thursday and 4th Monday of each month
Time: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM (2nd) & 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM (4th)
Location: Online (Zoom)
Registration is required to attend. Group sessions will accommodate up to 15 participants.
Who it’s for:
Caregivers of autistic preteens, teens, and young adults (typically ages 10–18+) who are further along in their journey and navigating deeper support needs or transitions.
